Design & Leadership philosophy

As a seasoned product design lead, I am deeply passionate about creating user-centric experiences that drive meaningful impact. My approach to UX design and leadership is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of different types of experiences in both ecommerce and SaaS businesses. I enjoy working on large scale, complex, and ambiguous projects that require a deep level of systems thinking to understand the complex relationships between various products, channels and features. I consider myself to be a T-shaped designer, with experience in delivering 0-1 products from concept stages to launch and iterating on experiences to deliver continued value to customers. I believe in a holistic approach to UX design that encompasses research, prototyping, testing and iteration. By leveraging user insights and feedback, we can create products that not only meet user needs but exceed their expectations.

    competitive analysis, customer interviews, surveys, review existing data to identify user needs, behaviors and pain points, persona development, journey mapping, define clear goals and objectives for the project based on user needs and business requirements.

  • Ideation

    Wire framing, prototyping, visual design,
    user testing, scoping

  • Development

    Engineer handoff, design documentation, participate in QA

  • Release

    Align and monitor performance with product, conduct beta user interviews, collect and prioritize customer feedback, iterate on designs.
